You can book appointments for our Stoke Newington studio or private parties by clicking here.
Each welding session takes approximately 20 minutes.
For advance bookings, no payment is required at the time of booking. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a £15 fee will be charged to the card on file.

We provide a personalised, bespoke welding experience, ensuring a quick and safe process using the best and safest welding machine available. Our team is professionally trained, and we prioritise your safety by offering protective eyewear and placing a protective leather layer between your wrist and the metal during welding.

We have a selection of beautiful 9 ct gold chains manufactured in the UK which can be welded into bracelets, anklets, necklaces and rings. We also offer a small selection of silver chain, only at our studio space.

Yes, you can reschedule your appointment but please get in touch at least 24 hours prior your appointment time to avoid cancellation fees.

We take a deposit of £15 for single welding appointments and £100 for group bookings.
You can cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking, your deposit will be taken from the card details provided.

Yes! We offer a selection of charms you can choose from, including solid gold tags that are customisable with letters.

If you ever need to take it off and reattach it, we're happy to do it for you. We offer a free reattachment service for the first time, and subsequent visits require a small fee of £15. If you'd prefer a clasp so that it's no longer permanent, there will be a fee of £25.

Keep in mind that our bracelets are custom-made and personalised for you, so we don't offer returns. However, if you have any issues with your bracelet, please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@bondedlondon.com We're here to help you enjoy your permanent bracelet for years to come!

As part of your purchase, all permanent jewellery pieces come with a free first re-weld if the need should arise. We do not offer a warranty on missing chains.

Your safety is important. Our welded bracelets are specifically designed to snap if they get caught and pulled, helping to prevent injury. However, to ensure your permanent jewellery stays intact, please take care not to let it get caught on anything.

You can safely swim with permanent jewellery, but prolonged exposure to chlorine in pools and hot tubs may weaken the bond. To help maintain your jewellery, we recommend rinsing it with clean water after swimming and gently patting it dry.

If you're under 16, you must bring a parent or legal guardian to your appointment. We don't weld anyone under the age of 12.

Bonded jewellery chains are made from 9-carat gold and are non-magnetic, so they won’t interfere with airport or store security systems.
For medical procedures like surgeries, you may be asked to remove your permanent jewellery. To do so, simply cut the chain at the jump ring, and we’ll re-weld it for you free of charge.

We provide a personalised fingerprint session where one of our jewellers will assist you in creating your pendant, taking wax impressions which will then be cast into either silver or gold.

In the Fingerprint Kit, you'll find everything needed to capture the perfect print. The kit includes pre rolled wax balls, step-by-step instructions, and a return label for easy shipping. Before sending it back, please complete the information card so we can seamlessly match your prints to your order.

We use the traditional lost cost wax method when making your pendant. Each piece is handmade to order and always unique to you.

Fingerprint jewellery is recommended for children from the age of 12 months as their fingerprints may not be defined enough to create a deep impression. However. this depends on the individual; if your child’s fingerprints are easy to see, it should work well.

The standard lead time for a silver or gold pendant is 2 weeks, and 3 weeks for gold vermeil. Please be aware however that during peak periods, time frames may be slightly longer. If you need an expedited order, please get in touch and we will do our best to accomodate!
